We had more than application turned in on the same day for the property in question We ran credit and background check on all that we had Upon viewing the credit report for the complaintant we found accounts in collections and had a more qualified applicant so we rented to the person better qualified We did our job and paid to have a credit and background run on this person and will not be refunding the application fee as it was used for it's intended purpose

Company has a policy that if a home is taken off the market for any reason after you apply then you get a refund of $per person feesThat situation as well as many other discrepancies occurred and they refused the refund
Applied for a home through this company, have great rental history and make times the income needed to qualify They denied our request because they say I have a collection issue Well the only place I have a collection order with is out of business and was ordered more then years ago Which falls under the statue of limitationsI believe this company is denying people to keep the application costs which was dollars total for my wife and IThe more applications denied the more money they makeThe rental stays on the market while they collect fee after fee Please look into this, it is something that needs to be addressed

Mr. [redacted] applied for a home we had available for rent. We then learned of a potential problem with the well service on the home and contacted all of the people that had applied for the property. They were asked if they would like a refund, wait for the home to be repaired or apply...

When the home was finished and ready to rent we ran credit and background on all applications we had (a total of 5). At no time was the property re listed or re marketed as we already had 5 application pending. Mr. [redacted] was contacted and told the property had gone to another applicant. It was at this time that he demanded his application fee returned and filed complaints against us. He was given the choice in the beginning and chose not to have his money refunded. We processed his application, ran his credit report and did our due diligence on checking background and personal references. I am not willing to refund after we have done the work just because he is not happy that his application was not chosen.
