Review: Hired this company for 3 months at $250.00 per month. I canceled after 3 months. Company continued to charge my account $250.00 per month for another three months before I caught up with them. Total amount taken $750.00Desired Settlement: Put my $750.00 back into my account or I am going to contact the attorney general of California and file a lawsuit against you.

Hello, I am sorry to see this and want to say everything has been done to fix this problem.The details of the SEO agreement we entered into was billable once a month in the amount of $250 for services. At any time the client had the right to cancel the agreement within 10 days of the next billing date. I did not receive any form of cancellation notice until after the last payment was processed. During this time there was email communication talking about SEO, including the client replacing a bad credit card with a new credit card for payment. We have already went through the merchant claims department in which they ruled in my favor. I was able to provide emails and a signed agreement by the client. Once again I am sorry the client is not happy but I did everything I could to help this account. Further details available upon request.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was never told this was an open ended contract, It was sold to me as a month to month. and I told them I wanted three months they continued on even after the term ended. This is the truth. I am still contesting the charges with the credit card company..
