I am rejecting this response because:
When I picked up my clothing I did not have my ticket. He had to search under several names and finally found clothes matching my drop off items. When we discovered that the pants that were returned to me was 4 sizes to big for my son I called the business owner to alert him of the issue. He insisted that he provided the right clothing and hung up on me. I promptly drove to the location and showed him the pants. He refused
to take the pants back nor did he offer to compensate me for the pants. I have no need for pants that are too big for a 14 year old. I'd be happy to drop them off. Lastly, I can afford to buy new pants for my son. I am not trying to get something for nothing. This business owner's process is broken and because the customer service was terrible I have submitted a complaint.
