Review: New Star offered a funding letter that stipulated that they were the principal and would fund my oil and gas project. The letter of funding stipulated that they would refund the $5500.00 that was requested for closing costs if the loan was not completed in 45 business days. It has been in excess od 60 business days and New Star has ceased any communication.Desired Settlement: New Star has waisted my time and not followed up on promises.I would like for them to honor their funding letter and refund my closing costs.

Review: I contacted the company for our business because they initially said that they could help fund our project .They offered us a loan proposal and we accepted the offer We set up a business account and wired money to them for the down payment of the loan. Now all of a sudden we can not reach anyone with this company and the telephone number is temporarily disconnected..Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the money that we have sent them in the amount of $2,200.00....
