To whom it may concern;
Please be aware we have been nothing but cooperative with Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] Yet it seems...

that every solution we came up with they were not satisfied. The finance co. couldn't verify that Ms. [redacted] worked in the place of employment she said she worked at, the company wouldn't verify with the finance co. So the finance Co. had to return the contract due to uncompleted information. While we were working with the 2nd finance co. to get Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] financed it was well over a week that they had already been driving the vehicle, when they came in and brought back the vehicle with mechanical problems, which at the time they took the vehicle the vehicle was in working proper order. We went and rectified the mechanical problem with the vehicle. We had another finance co to take the deal but they required a little more of a down payment the customer's also declined. We even offered them to take another vehicle at a lower cost so that they would get financed. Still they were being uncooperative. We feel that it is unfair for them to get all their money back when they drove our vehicle around, brought back the vehicle damaged, then the time and cost to fix the vehicle, along with the time to get the deal financed, We offered another vehicle at a lower cost, Even further more lowered the cost of the vehicle because they claimed to of had the cash to pay off the vehicle they said no! With all that we offered Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] and are still not willing to work with us. Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2014/09/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of we did not bring back the vehicle damaged, the vehicle was attempted to be sold to us damaged. The salesman claimed the vehicle was in perfect conditions and had no mechanical problems whatsoever he guaranteed it and made promises that the dealership now refuses to honor. I drove the vehicle one day and the check engine light appeared within 24 hours.
I brought the vehicle to the dealership right away and was told to come back the next day to be checked by the mechanic. The mechanic claimed it was just water; I was very skeptical but still trusted his diagnostic, that same day the check engine light went back on. This time I took the vehicle to two separate mechanics that both said that there were 4 components that needed to be assessed, they also said any mechanic would have seen these problems.
I wrote down the information and returned to the car dealership and the car salesman once again he told me to bring the vehicle in the next day. I brought the vehicle in the next day and the mechanic bluntly told me he had no time to assess the vehicle. I asked the car dealership why he'd tell me to come if the mechanic had no time and he just told me once again to bring it in the next day. They took weeks to assess the problem during this time the car salesman promised me a vehicle to drive while the repairs took place and that was a lie, he also lied as to when the vehicle would be ready, he'd keep saying tomorrow, and tomorrow. He led us on for an entire month of which I spent car less and had to come into the dealership various times at inconvenient times.
During the time in which the finance co. was attempting to gather information for which he attempted to help we obtained notarized letters and called my mother's place of employment in attempts to help the finance co. I don't feel I should lose any more money because I had to pay an entire month of full coverage insurance for which I was not completely reimbursed, and the cost to fix the vehicle was the responsibility of the car dealership; the salesman consistently assured us we would not have to pay repairs.
Also the repairs were not complete, we would have purchased the vehicle cash had the repairs been completely assessed, and as for the second finance companies' offer we simply refused to pay the same price for a damaged vehicle. We also do not want any other car from their business because the dealership office manager bluntly told us that they allegedly do not inspect the cars, that they simply check that they turn on and run. I don't understand how a business dedicated to selling cars can tell, promises, assure, and guaranteed quality when the vehicles are allegedly not even inspected for crucial aspects. Theoretically every single car on that lot can potentially be damaged and I do not want to risk getting another damaged vehicle.
If this business wants to sustain a creditable reputation than they should be aware that the correct thing to do is to reimburse a complete refund. I didn't damage that vehicle it was damaged to begin with. They either knew this or never bothered to inspect it, if they didn't inspect it than the salesman should not have guaranteed the quality or guaranteed the vehicle to be in perfect condition. As I said before the car salesman also guaranteed the repairs and guaranteed we wouldn't have to pay out of pocket therefore I feel it is unjust for us to not obtain a complete refund because of this.
As for the paper work with the finance co. we did everything we could to help and solve the problem. I didn't drive the vehicle for a week because I wanted to it was due to the companies negligence because they kept telling me to come the next day, or that they weren't available. This entire business is negligent and their ethics are indeed questionable, everything was based on lies, empty promises, and neglect. I am entitled to my complete refund and will not settle for less, I am prepared and willing to file a lawsuit against the company, I believe I have been quite patient with them and what I am asking for is fair.
