Review: I hired this company to move my stuff. From beginning of the move until the end, the gentlemen who handled the contract was very rude and unprofessional. Every time I spoke to them they wouldn't acknowledge what I said. While loading my items to the truck, they damaged several pieces or furniture and accused me of damaging my own stuff. They took over an hr to get from my old to new place which was a mile in between with no traffic. I walked over an got there before them. I called asking where they were and they hung up the phone on me. While unloading one of the two movers (the "helper") took a break and used my bathroom without asking and left urine all over my new bathroom floor. Not to mentioned he did the same in the other apartment. The "helper" would take exceeding breaks in my apartment while and the other mover unloaded and brought stuff up to the apartment. When we got to the 4th hour of the main mover who did the contract then told me to pay them in cash before moving my bed and furniture. If I didn't pay them would said they would take my flat screen TV that they were hiding in there truck under neath a cover which I later found out. They became aggressive when I said your website says cash or credit and at no point did you mention it was a cash only contract and kept saying. "No miss cash only and we won't anything else until you pay us". They continued to get aggressive until I called their supervisor which did nothing really. I told them at that point that I was missing items and they claimed I had left them in the old place after I brought them down myself to the truck and handed them the items. They claimed they never loaded the items on the truck and continued to be even more aggressive. I told them I would check the old apartment the following morning and if the items weren't there and would call them. I emailed and called several times and it took over a week to get a response. The supervisor advised he would reimburse me 50% off the lost items. I got one follow up call saying they found my mirror and would drop it by which never happened. Items lost were the following: 1 simple human garbage can, 1 HP printer, 1 roku box, 2 boxes of work clothing, 1 glass mirror, and 1 sharp iron. Not once did I get a follow up call when I kept emailing the supervisor named [redacted]. All of my boxes were clearly marked. While moving my items they put a glass box under to book boxes. I yelled at them for not being careful and they laughed saying, "sorry miss but nothing will break" . Sure enough all the glasses were broken. The complete service was horrible. Threatening to take my stuff and over power me because I was a woman was uncalled for. All I want at this point is to be reimbursed since I already paid them in cash. I feared for my well-being that I ran to an ATM and paid them cash. I made the mistake of not calling the cops.Desired Settlement: It's been over 2 months and would like to be completely refunded or at least 50% of what I paid in cash.
