In regards to complaint made by [redacted] Customer returned back to us with all the additional problems that she has listed here on her complaint we did then take the vehicle into our possession and place it into the mechanical shop all things were covered and taking care of we spent over $ in repair, explain the customer car was ready to be picked up but by then customer didn't no longer want the vehicle, she then explained that we would only be able to give her a portion back for the simple fact of all the mechanical work we took care of for them, she still was not satisfied with that, it became a bigger issue because then she wanted more additional stuff fixed that was never listed on paperwork, at that point we canceled out her credit card transaction and took the loss on our endAny additional money that she was requesting in regards to her stay in Sacramento at a hotel, you were not responsible for and also never seen proof ofThank you
We made an honest mistake in the advertising the car, and for that we apologize. We are willing to give her a $250.00 refund for the mistake.

In regards to the complaint [redacted] is mentioning, we explained to her that the ESP light was not in warranty nor did she purchase any additional warranties for the vehicle. She contacted us several times in regards to her rental we normally give customers our own vehicle when we have their car in...
the shop we did not mention anything about paying any outside payment for a personal rental.

I am rejecting this response because:I am shocked that the auto denied everything they promised me before. The attachment is the due bill that they promised me to fix the ESP light when I purchased the car. As for the rental fees, they said there was no available car for me at that time and they promised my friends and I that they would cover half of my rental fees and I will let my friends testify this if needed.
