Our team spent quite a bit of time working on this client's account. It was not an easy case because the client's loan servicer was not computing the client's payment correctly - the issue was not with us but with another party, the loan servicer. I personally contacted the client via
phone leaving her a voice message and a follow up email on 10/18. Client did not return my call or respond to my email. Our team continued working diligently and creatively to find a satisfactory solution. When we exhausted all options to help the client, I followed up with client again and was able to connect with her. We honored our money back guarantee and refunded all of client's money since we were unable to deliver the payment we expected due to the loan servicer's shortcomings. I can imagine the client was frustrated with this process, but we were also frustrated, not with the client but with a third party. You can confirm with the client that she was refunded completely

be best for each client based on their individual situation and goals.  We also assist them through our processing partner with the document preparation to enroll and take advantage of these plans.  Furthermore, we ensure they are enrolled in the plan and payment amount they qualify for, which often entails advisement on handling a loan servicer's initial rejection of an application for a lower payment.  It is possible to complete this process without the help of our services.  However, we often find clients who tried to complete this process on their own, or did complete it on their own, and find themselves in a less than optimal loan type and repayment plan, finding themselves having made payment amounts greater than they needed to, or having made payments that do not qualify or count towards loan forgiveness.  Ms. [redacted] took advice from a notary who seemingly does not know our company or what we do.  We have no record of Ms. [redacted] contacting us to cancel.  In fact, Ms. [redacted] has been unresponsive to multiple attempts to contact her and ensure quality assurance.  The signed contract obligates us to serve Ms. [redacted], which is what we have attempted and are attempting to do.  Also, regarding Ms. [redacted]' comment regarding forbearance and default does not add up to how the process works.  The loan servicer's statement that her loan may go into default could be thought to have been made to encourage to start making payments.  We would be happy to speak with Ms. [redacted] directly to resolve her complaint if we are given that opportunity.
