This review is for install but follow up on an issue. With the initial install could not be happier. Counters look great. 6 months later in the middle of the night the sink falls out. It was installed with epoxy glue only. There was no supports installed with it to back up the glue. Had the $30 supports been installed as well when done the first time this never would have happen.
I contacted them to have the issue fixed. Spoke with someone and they said the owner was not in and they would call back. In the mean time we have no sink, no dishwasher in the kitchen again back to washing in the tub. We waited 2 full days for a call back. When no call came we contacted another local company they were there the next morning. They reinstalled the sink properly with epoxy and supports. We were able to use it that night. New Stone Age did call back 6 days later.
While we are very happy with the countertops the install of the sink not at all as well of the lack of service quality. Not doing it right the first time upsets us, a $30 set of braces would have saved us $200 on the fix plus the plumbers time time for all the hook ups.
