New Storm Cab Service

Uses illegal cars to pick up passengers...illegal as in no TLC plates or insurance. Case and point a black toyota with regular cilvilusn plates hya-3443

Review: The cab services in [redacted] are completely unethical. For one they charge people full price at the inconvenience in which they will be sharing a cab with someone. This is completely uncomfortable and they don't even ask if that's ok. This cab service in particular is one of the most used car services so I figured I had bad experiences with another service, [redacted], they also were rude and would give a time frame and it would completely be off. I have been late to work many occasion due to having been told five minutes and it turns into ten maybe even fifteen. All I ask is that if I'm going to pay for service and continue to support them I ask that I'm communicated with in a proper fashion. Not yelled at or lied to or worst having wasted both my time and money in which I cannot get those things back. Someone needs to look into the services in [redacted] because it seems as though because this is a secluded borough that they can have mobsters or whoever run their businesses ran without consideration for their consumers. In other boroughs I've never experienced cab services that spoke to the employees a certain and definitely their customers.Desired Settlement: Look into their ethics as well as them no longer having more than one party in the car upon arrival. If that's impossible they need to communicate that they have someone already in the vehicle.
