Review: In June 2010 we contracted with NSD to install a new roof on the rear of our house over the patio, with flashing and sealing around the chimney for the price of $800. Within the one year warranty period and after the death of my husband, I contacted NSD regarding a leak. His "repair" man came on three different occasions to do repair work. Four years later, I ended up replacing the roof and most of the plywood due to rot. The new contractor I hired, upon tearing off NSD's roof, told me the shingles were not properly laid, nails not properly nailed in, and flashing not properly installed. I had to spend $1150 to replace the roof NSD installed only 4 years ago.Desired Settlement: I wish to be compensated by NSD with some kind of refund.
