To Whom It May Concern; Please accept this letter as written response to the above mentioned complaint and the resolution that has been accepted by the client and financing company, [redacted] since this project came into dispute on 5/19/ Please Note that we have resolved any concerns with these entities directly and that client is only obligated to pay $for the energy efficiency performed on his home which was allowed by the client For your records, I have included a copy of his contract and a verification call that is performed with every homeowner acknowledging the terms of the contract for installation of energy efficient products and financing approval with terms To date, energy efficient products were installed which consisted of a Nest Smart Thermostat and sealing of the HVAC system at his residence located at [redacted] San Antonio, TX Nonetheless, both parties are executing a mutual release and MrParhihar has agreed to withdrawn his complaint with the Revdex.com New Sun Energies strives to provide excellent customer service to all clients and will always try to resolve any issues directly with them Please feel free to contact is should any additional questions arise or if any additional documentation is needed Regards, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

[redacted] since this project came into dispute on 5/19/16.  Please Note that we have resolved any concerns with these entities directly and that client is only obligated to pay $500 for the energy efficiency performed on his home which was allowed by the client.  For your records, I have included a copy of his contract and a verification call that is performed with every homeowner acknowledging the terms of the contract for installation of energy efficient products and financing approval with terms.  To date, 2 energy efficient products were installed which consisted of a Nest Smart Thermostat and sealing of the HVAC system at his residence located at [redacted] San Antonio, TX 78240.
