NEW SUN RACING is a TOY and HOBBY Store in RIO GRANDE VALLEY, we've been in business since and we've been helping our customers since then and grew up to different locations within BROWNSVILLE to MCALLENAll NEW SUN RACING employees are very well aware of the products they're selling and terms and condition on warranties. WARRANTIES: we offer our customers warranties according to the manufacturer's warranty policyCustomer *** *** bought a product *** which is a *** PRODUCT (FASTEST NAME IN RC), and brought back the used product to our location in Brownsville, and our manager told the sales person to request the customer to leave the product at that location and we'll take it to our technicians to help the customer on our earliestEven though, product warranties should be claimed with the manufacturer, but as our promise to our customers and saving them time and hassle, we are the ones taking care of the customers in our locations without wasting their and our timesWe can't exchange it for another product as it's a hobby productBut we try to help our customers in every way possible. As our promise to our customer, we helped Mr*** *** the following day, it was just the settings which were messed up, we fixed and brought it back to our location and called Mr*** to pick it upMr*** picked up the product and left, after sometime he came back to the location claiming that he left the charger behind, as we tried to let him know that we're not supposed to take anything extra except CAR and THE CONTROLLER, but he insisted that he left the charger with usOur company replaced the $worth charger without any charges to Mr*** and his wife picked it up the following day.
