Review: Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to state my issue. I was a costumer of a company I mentioned above. Service and product company is providing include but not limited to installing doors, railing constructions, garage gates, sunroof, etc. We agreed with representative of a business to have install some of their products and more specifically sunroof, which was attached to a balcony and outside part of the house on a third floor. Living on a ocean side implies on having a gusty winds, heavy rains, snow falls. We discussed all this with company representative and I was assured that installment of a sunroof would not be an issue and not be affected by any of the weather conditions. Though, on Friday night January ** sunroof was blown away, and was a potential risk not only make a damage but could possible hurt someone. That night I had to ask emergency services help me and secure part of the roof which left on a balcony. Next morning I found out that construction of an object hadn't been made properly and simply been glued to the footage of a balcony. I tried to contact company and resolve this issue and instead received a disrespectful response from their customer service and director of this business. I hope with your help I will be refunded for neglected and insecure service.
