We purchased an auto through New to You and at first thought it was great and we even purchased a warranty through them. Unfortunately when we went to use the warranty the company that we "thought" we purchased it through had no information on us which should have come from New to You auto. After days of trying to figure out what was going on, New to you auto's explanation was that they use a third party when sending money to the warranty company (which we were not told when we purchased it). After weeks of phone calls and a decision to get our money back regarding the warranty we were told that they would give us our money back from the warranty we thought we purchased. After weeks of dealing with this we received a check minus $200 which they stated was for their processing part of it. We don't know why they kept any money because they obviously never processed a thing with any warranty because the warranty company had no information on us and said they never received a thing from New to you auto. We feel this entire warranty thing was a scam because they blamed it on a third party that we were never even aware of and our check was made out to New to you auto not the third party. The owner of New to you auto is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you purchase a car from this place be careful!!!

Regarding your Buick Le sabre. We did replace a abs sensor that was activating your brake light . Also we pressure tested the radiator cooling system at 18 psi before giving back to...

you for 2 hours held pressure no leaks found. Nothing else mentioned. As for you asking me for a reciept for services preformed... you were not charged for services so no reciept can be generated. In addition you did purchase a vehicle AS-IS and signed off that there is no implied warranty. We do stand behind our vehicles so we ask you to call us regarding your issues to try to resolve your complaint. My suggestion is to make an appointment and bring car in at your earliest availability.  No! we will not pay another 3rd party to check or repair your car! Car was sold as is. But we do help all of our customers, so that being said please call for appointment.

Thank you,

I refuse to allow this company any opportunity to even touch my vehicle. Their trust has been compromised by their quality, or lack thereof, in service, overall rudeness in demeanor, misrepresentation of product.
If this is to mean that fixing the disabled dashboard, coolant leak, and brake issues, in addition to anything else, are at my expense, so be it.I will also advise people I know to stear clear from this business due to the nature of everything I have and endured.
