New to You consignments

Review: Brought clothes and other home furnishings to the consignment shop and the owner said she was doing poor business and was going to close. She gave back mostly clothing items but I believe she kept some of my things. She said she kept good books and sent me a couple checks already and I only got one. She said she was closing in July which the shop has but she is no longer answering my texts or phone calls. Her name is Nancy and I have checked the Revdex.com about the businesses name to see if anyone else was listing her. The same shop is named in [redacted] in 2001 to 2002 and the owners name is also Nancy. She was supposed to square up with me on items and payments but believe she opens and closes shops and keeps items to cover her losses.Desired Settlement: I've never done this to a business before and don't really know what to write. I would like the items back or payment for them but more so would like to have her investigated and the books she keeps for tax purposes as to how much she supposedly takes in and gives to the item's owners and how much she keeps for herself and what she reports to the Govt. and state.
