To whom it may concern, Our business received a letter from the Revdex.com on Friday, July 15th in regards to a customer complaint with our store and the financing company "Tempoe"The customer, [redacted] ***, states in thecomplaint that in the lease agreement it gives three options of their choice, as to what they would like to do with the furniture, the customer stated she wanted to choose option 3, which is to return the furnitureThe customer stated she contacted our store and the financing company directly and in result both companies denied taking the furniture backThe customer stated she did not have the funds to continue the leaseOn behalf of our store, I personally spoke with Ms [redacted] over the phone and told her that we would not accept the furniture back due to the specifications of the leaseThe customer stated she could not pay for it any longer and wanted to return it so she did not have to continue to payThe reason being why our store and the financing company, Tempoe, are unable to take the furniture back is because in the lease it specifically states the customer has three options, one of the three being to return the furniture, AT THE END of the initial lease term, which is monthsThe customers initial lease term will end on October 6th, which will then give her the option she is trying to do now, which isreturn the furniture and chose to not continue to pay, come octoberEverything I explained is stated right in the customer lease that was provided when she purchased and agreed to all of the termsAt that time when she does decide to return the items at the end of her initial lease term in October, she is to do so directly through Tempoe (financing company) as it states in her lease as well, New to you discount furniture has nothing to do with the terms and returns I thank you for taking the time to look over this complaint and hope all is explained and understoodSincerely, New To You Discount Furniture Culver rd Rochester NY, (585)270-

Peter called and provided verbal response: He stated she signed the finance agreement in person, in the store, not on a computerThe email is for the finance company to follow up with herI cannot take the furniture back as it is used, nowHer agreement is with the finance company, she has to take it up with them

*** called to give a verbal rejection over the phone due to "not having email"She stated: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. When I was in the store to make a purchase/lease you informed me that I needed an email to make the transaction happen. Therefore, my not having an email, we used my sister's email to make the purchase available to meHowever, in doing so, you never informed me that she would be getting the email and making the agreement a signed valid agreement by clicking on a box for the electronic signatureI had no idea what this was, as I have never had email nor a computer for that matter, or understood what an electronic signature wasIf I had understood all of this I would have never allowed you to use my sister's email for a valid signed contract as that is illegal as I did not read the email or check the box, she did and I was not there when she didI only received the agreement at the time of delivery, therefore, I was unaware of the conditions in the agreement and never would have agreed to thisI believe this entire sale should be voided as I did not agree to this purchase/lease agreement that you emailed to my sister's email account and that she clicked on the box to sign electronicallyI am proposing to allow you to keep the payments made to date and you pick up the furniture immediately and void the agreement with absolutely no affect to my credit ratingI don't believe this was legal and I don't understood why the need for an email in the first place, given that I have very good creditWhy couldn't I have signed the agreement in person when I was there in the store? This also would have allowed me to review the agreement at the timeThis seems to be a misrepresentation of the terms of the agreement in an effort to avoid me seeing the agreement until after the delivery of furnitureThis appears to be fraud at it's finestIf you are willing to accept my proposal, I will need a voided contract sent through the Revdex.com before allowing the pickup of the furniture, as the people who pick up the furniture may show up without any voided documentsAt this point, I cannot trust for this to happen at the time of said pick upI am hoping we can work this matter out without any further issues.
