Me and my family have used New Tours for many years and many of our friends have as well Went to Canada to Virginia to Florida to California and few times to Europe with New Tours Have never had any problems with their trips all has been done 1st class and if there were issues it was handled fast and were only with their vendors not New Tours as a company
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the rooms New Tours has provided for us (e.g The ceilings were cracked and it looked like they were about to collapse.) I have contacted New Tours several times to ask for the refund and they refused to do it Thank god I've paid partial bill with my credit card, so now I am in dispute with themI would not recommend anyone to use their services ever
