Not bad but not a great product as it tend to be a little unwieldy during the opening and closing process. Hinges are worthless as they started to crack and break
with in a few months of ownership
We took action immediately. a) Commented under his reivew and provided replacement offer and direct contact info to ask him to contact us. b) We also sent email through
amazon's system to provid replacement offer and direct contact info and wished him to contact us back to give us a chance to fix his issue. Unfortunately, he has never
contacted us back.

Our support replied on the same day and requested for order ID and images on issue for better assist him

[redacted] finally replied with images provided (takes 2 weeks)
We replied the same day and denied his request because the product warranty has expired although we counted on the first claim (7/7/15)

After my review on Amazon dated 9/11/14 no one from New Trent contacted me and offered any form of replacement or any form of conciliatory offering. I contacted New Trent several times after Sept of 2014 and I am still waiting for then to do THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!!!!!

New Trent or any other disturber or dealer should offer any consumer product free product replacement if they value their business and customer base. In this New Trent is denying any responsibility and is obviously incapable of keeping track of customer complaints/concerns. Furthermore splitting hairs on warranty coverage whether it be for ten months or twelve months only detracts from a companies image and credibility.
