I order an item from newvampcity.com back in march and never received my item. I ordered from this website before and never had an issue until now. The money was taken out of my account weeks ago. However, I tried calling this company and emailed them, nobody returned my call or email. It was always a recording telling me to leave a message and somebody will return your call. I went online and saw that the status of my order is ready for shipping but I'm not understanding why I can't get a hold of anyone to find out what is going on. The contact information seems wrong, the Revdex.com couldn't find the city in which this company is located at (Devins, MA). I placed an order for a t shirt, they told me it would take a few days to process and about a week to ship. Over a week went by and it didn't ship. I asked if I could cancel the order and have my money refunded they told me the money would be in my acc in 3-5 business days. It's been about a month and the money still hasn't reached my account.
