I am rejecting this response because:I acknowledge that Mr*** has spoken to the other party involved in the purchase of this property, my father in law *** ***, however I am the co-owner and authorized to discuss issues with the propertyI am conditionally rejecting the response on the grounds that only some of the issues have been immediately addressedWe appreciate the very swift response to the complaint and work/repairs were performed to some of the outstanding issues almost immediately, however some items remain unaddressed and based on our previous interactions with New Vision Development Partners (not Mr*** personally, but his agents) we have no reason to believe discussions will lead to any actual execution of repair workI have faith that Mr*** will make good on his commitments to address the outstanding issues, but until such a time as these matters are finalized or at least scheduled for completion I cannot accept this matter as resolvedAgain, we sincerely appreciate Mr***'s swift response in contacting us about the issues and arranging work on long outstanding issues as soon as this morningThe rejection should be in no way a reflection on Mr***, but the list of outstanding issues is still so large that it would be unreasonable to consider this complaint closedAs of this morning we have had on site contact with *** ** on behalf of NVDP to set times to only review the issues, but no formal agreement on when these solutions/repairs would be completed or if the solutions would be acceptable*** was committed on projects elsewhere today and unable to review the issues with Richard or myself at this timeWe will update this complaint in such a time that *** or Mr*** have reviewed the outstanding issues, proposed solutions for each, and a timeline for these items to be resolvedShould anyone wish to contact me in regards to this issue I can be reached at the number below and remind Mr*** that I am authorized to act on behalf of *** *** on matters concerning this property per their discussion yesterday evening

with Mr. [redacted] regarding this matter on March 14, 2017. While there are indeed a few items that still need to be resolved, we both understand that they are in motion to be completed. We will continue to inform Mr. [redacted] of the progress of these un-resolved issues and he agreed that would be acceptable.
