I agreed and that is what they didThe problem arose when I got the glasses back and the lens color did not match the left lensThis is when I complained and they said that its what I asked them to do I am not stupid and would not have agreed to two different coloerd lenses in one pair of glasses This is when I told them to change both lenses so they would match and they did but they charged me extra to do so and did not stand behind their error Should it not be thier resposibility to make me aware that the lenses wouldn't match ?? Then there was another pair of glassess where one of the lenses showed the color faing out of the peripheriy of the lens and the lens was only one taer oldThey said that can happen Why did it not happen on all three pair but rather only on one lens on one pair ?? Nonsense, this was a defective lens and again they did not stand behind it and therefore I decided not to deal with them anylonger spend any more money with a business that refused to stand behind thier error and defective product !! That is the TRUTH - and I do not appreciate thier insinuation that I am dishonest I am a professioal business man and would never not stand behind my procduct to the customers dis-satisfation My reputation and self respect and dignity are more important than they cost of not satisfying a customer Regards, [redacted]

complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I would like to make a few comments.1.  If they were truly willing to work with me then why did they not make this offer to me when I went there personally.

Review: Purchased 2 new pair of lenses and frames and two new lenses with existing frames. Later due to prescription change purchased new Lenses for one eye in all 4 pair of glasses. They replaced the lenses. However, two pair were transition lenses and they changed only one lens on one pair with a clear lens and the other did not match the first lens. Was told they needed to replace both lenses for them to match and that it was my fault for not requesting this upfront. Fact is they should have told me they would not match. Secondly why would anyone in their right mind ask of one trasition lens on one eye and a clear lens on the other ? They would not stand behind the product. So, I paid for 2 new lenses in each pair of glasses and paid for them out of pocket. Now in 7 months one of the pair of transition lenses is not darkening completely. There is a clear rim around the outer periphery of the lens. This is a defect other wise it would be happening on the other two pair of transition lenses. They will not honor any warranty - never told me of any warranty and refuse to replace the lens unless I pay again.Desired Settlement: I am requesting to have them replace the lens or lenses at their expense. I called several times and asked if they would replace them even at their cost. The lady there (Maria) told me she would speak to Manny the owner and get back to me. They never called me back. So, now I'm angry and want the lenses in the one pair with the defective lens replaced with no cost to me !!
