Went in for a routine eye exam, after receiving several calls from New Vision telling me my insurance covers a visit Visit was not covered as billed
New Vision has been calling me for sometime to come in for my vision Always stating I should take advantage of my *** plan, which entitles me to a covered eye exam I went in and asked if they accepted *** and they said yes I was assuming a $copay As the tech (Marsha) ran a couple of tests on my eyes, stating in all of them my insurance covers them with no copay I then went in to see the Dr He asked why I was there and I told him because the office kept calling me to come in for a covered exam He had me read a line with each eye and told me my vision fine and I didn't need new glassesThis was the quickest and least eye exam I have ever had I couldn't believe he didn't really check any thingHe then dilated my eyes and had me wait a few minutes to finish the exam I met with the tech to see how much a new pair of gl
