The home required over $$in repairs to bring it to the condition it was in at the time the tenant moved into the home. Even though the tenant could reasonably be charged for the majority of these financial obligations New Vision limited the charges to the tenant and picked up almost $
of the expenses. In addition our office allowed the tenant numerous extensions on the stated termination to allow for her purchase process to be completed. It is unfortunate that good will is met with this kind of response

I am requesting that he shows pictures before I moved in and after I move out and after the "new" work was completed along with receipts and not estimates from different company he requested to have wrote up. I have not caused any damages to this property and I believe that he kept my deposit to upgrade this property for his new potential tenants. I would also like for it to be noted that this property had a for rent sign placed outside the same week I left. I am also able to provide emails  dating back two year to three years  ago along with photo's of screen repairs that needed attention.   I made some of the  screen repairs and Mr. W[redacted] agreed to reimburse me for which he kept good on his word. However the screens that I was unable to  afford to have rethreaded  at that time I was charged for after I moved out. I question how I can be charged for something he agreed to reimburse me for while I was a tenant. It should also be noted that extension on my move date were not need because I was not on a lease agreement. I was a loyal tenant and  yes it is unfortunate that good will is met with this kind of response.
