I am requesting that he shows pictures before I moved in and after I move out and after the "new" work was completed along with receipts and not estimates from different company he requested to have wrote upI have not caused any damages to this property and I believe that he kept my deposit to upgrade this property for his new potential tenantsI would also like for it to be noted that this property had a for rent sign placed outside the same week I leftI am also able to provide emails dating back two year to three years ago along with photo's of screen repairs that needed attention I made some of the screen repairs and MrW [redacted] agreed to reimburse me for which he kept good on his wordHowever the screens that I was unable to afford to have rethreaded at that time I was charged for after I moved outI question how I can be charged for something he agreed to reimburse me for while I was a tenantIt should also be noted that extension on my move date were not need because I was not on a lease agreementI was a loyal tenant and yes it is unfortunate that good will is met with this kind of response
