Mrs*** ordered the products on our website on
3/23/As you can see from the attached, both our website and our packing slip states this is a Day Trial, nowhere does it say Free SampleMrs*** called in on 4/1/and spoke to our representative at 2:34PMI also listened to the conversation and our customer service rep explained she can send the products back in order to not be charged or she can keep both products for a one time billing of $19.95, under $a productThey usually retail for $and $at the end of the trialShe agreed to purchase them instead of sending them backShe was very short on the phone and refused to stay on the call any longer to listen to how the trial works because she called on her lunch breakWe are willing to refund the $if she sends back the productsI feel this should not warrant any type of complaint because everything was explained and Mrs*** agreed to pay for the products we sent herWe have attempted to contact her and left a voicemail indicating we want to help resolve the issue if she calls us back we are happy to refund the charge. Ms. [redacted] called in on 5/3/16, after we contacted her regarding her Revdex.com complaint she filed. We agreed, on a recorded line, to refund her $19.95 over the phone as a courtesy because she was not satisfied. We processed that refund immediately. We have attached images to prove the refund was released that day. We have done everything in our power to help rectify this situation and complaint. We strongly feel this complaint is unjust and should have never been filed against us as we notified Ms. [redacted] when she first called in to inquire about the trial, she could have returned the products and never been billed however, she agreed to keep both for one billing $19.95, instead of returning the products back to us.

3/23/16. As you can see from the attached, both our website and our packing slip states this is a 14 Day Trial, nowhere does it say Free Sample. Mrs. [redacted] called in on 4/1/16 and spoke to our representative at 2:34PM. I also listened to the conversation and our customer service rep explained she can send the products back in order to not be charged or she can keep both products for a one time billing of $19.95, under $10 a product. They usually retail for $89 and $86 at the end of the trial. She agreed to purchase them instead of sending them back. She was very short on the phone and refused to stay on the call any longer to listen to how the trial works because she called on her lunch break. We are willing to refund the $19.95 if she sends back the products. I feel this should not warrant any type of complaint because everything was explained and Mrs. [redacted] agreed to pay for the products we sent her. We have attempted to contact her and left a voicemail indicating we want to help resolve the issue if she calls us back we are happy to refund the charge. Thank you,

On or around 5/11/16 I spoke to John who indicated that they had never been reported before and I explained to him I wanted my $19.99 back that I had been charged to keep the product. He continued to argue with me and asked me to send the product back. I said no because wasen't it a 30 day supply that was only supposed to be a 15 day free trial (pay only shipping costs) I said it's been 30 days and I'm not paying another dime to you, I want the $19.99 refunded. He agreed to credit my account back that day but continued to argue with me about the product. I said In not going to waste my time arguing with. you and we hung up. I assumed it would be a couple of days and I would see the refund. I have still not received it! What a take advantage of the consumer company and John was anything but courteous and professional to me.
