In Response to the concerns that have been sent to you by [redacted] , we would like to state that Colonial Toyota makes every effort to resolve our customers concernsIn this case although we had not definitively conclude that we where at fault, nor did we find indisputable evidence that the damage that was found on his vehicle was do to anything that was done here: we repaired his vehicle and provided him with substitute transportation 100% goodwillIn keeping with our tradition of attempting to provide our customers with the best customer service that we can.Unfortunately we are unable to further address [redacted] 's numerous other assertions, and feel that we have made our best efforts to address concerns in a fair and reasonable manner, and apologize to *** [redacted] for any inconvenience that this situation has caused him.We thank the Revdex.com for allowing us to provide a response.SincerelyBarry H [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:(1) Colonial Toyota had stated that they will review the video tapes to figure out when damages (scratches and crack) occurred on the carBy now, video tapes should have been reviewed(2) Colobial Toyota agreed to fix the scratches after discussion with General Manager Justin R [redacted] on April 23rdOn April 28, Car was dropped and subsequently picked up on 29th after scratch repairs were doneWithin days after car was under rain, scratches reappeared leaving the car with damaged look againApparently, some kind of glaze was used to hide the scratched which was wiped off after driving under heavy rainContacted Justin again with no response Sincerely, [redacted]

We would like to take that opportunity to respond to the case #*** *** * *** and would like to advise that we have left several messages for Mr*** and my calls have not yet been returned, upon my investigation in to this matter finds that the
communication to us from you, is the first time that we have been made aware of his concernI have examined his paperwork and have found a error in the registration fee Calculation. but I was unable to verify if the glass coat was applied
At this time I would request that Mr.*** contact me *** *** and I will make arrangements to provide a refund of $793.94 $599.00+Tx and $for the registration

a investigation to this matter has found that a check of $was sent on 3/1/o the behalf of *** *** to Toyota Financial services for warranty cancelation we are sorry for any inconvenience Thank You

By now, video tapes should have been reviewed. (2) Colobial Toyota agreed to fix the scratches after discussion with General Manager Justin R[redacted] on April 23rd. On April 28, Car was dropped and subsequently picked up on 29th after scratch repairs were done. Within 15 days  after car was under rain, scratches reappeared leaving the car with damaged look again. Apparently, some kind of glaze was used to hide the scratched which was wiped off after driving under heavy rain. Contacted Justin again with no response.
