Our company told the customer that we could not guarantee any repair work due to the nature of the equipmentThe customer has a obsolete unit from a unreputable makerThe only money exchange was $dollars for diagnosis feesWe will be happy to refund the $dollar diagnosis fee(even though we don't believe it is warranted), but we will in no way pay for an obsolete circuit board that the customer provided.

The system is not unsafe as the disconnect that supplies it with power is disengagedThe unit is a no name brand that has been discontinuedI tried to call air con(the maker) they told me that they do not have this item, nor do they stick the replacement parts for the systemThey referred me to
*** or another aftermarket siteThe circuit board that the customer purchased was an aftermarket part and was not from air con(no name printed on board)It also did not cost $dollars because I found the same board on *** for $The board purchased needs a amp fuse, it is an aftermarket board and who knows if it is even compatible with this unitWe returned and tried to the best of our ability to repair this unit with the supplied parts without successI would be happy to re imburse the customer with the $diagnosis fee, but I will not give $dollars for the board, because I know that is not how much it costThe whole indoor fan cool unit from air con does not cost that much.
