no warranty that she picked out on her own with no influence from our sales person.  Following the sale the customer brought the car to our service center and we took care of the complaints at no cost to the customer, a goodwill repair.  New Wave Motors is not required to give the customer a carfax or run one before selling a used vehicle.  We purchased the car with a clean title and sold it with a  clean title.  The customer did return the car on Saturday March 28th and per their request I canceled the deal.  We do have cost involved and the customer was 12 days past due on the deferred down payment.  Marilyn never produced a carfax to us, just claimed that the carfax stated the vehicle had been in water at some point.

[redacted] deferred down payment of $200 was due on 3/16/15 and her first payment of $260 was due on 4/03/15.  She returned the car March 28th which made her 12 days past due on her promised deferred down payment.   The Vin# is [redacted], and does have a clean title.  We do not feel that we owe the customer any refund because they bought the car AS IS with no warranty, I did cancel the deal per Mrs. [redacted] request.
