Best pool service I've ever had. Techs are very knowledgeable , courteous and get the job done fast!

I wish every service company was as professional as New Wave Pools. I found them via the Internet. My automatic pool cover would not open and the original installation company kept making empty promises to come out, after a month of being patient I decided to look elsewhere. I'm so grateful I called New Wave Pools!!
I called last Saturday, I believe I spoke with Raven, she was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled for a service call. It's not often we can hear a smile over the phone but I could! My appointment was scheduled for today with an estimated time of 10:00. At 9:46 I had a message from Jason with a updated time window. One has to anticipate delays as no two service appointments are the same.
Jason and Bruce arrived in the timeframe. They were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their trade.
I was so impressed with their service. They informed me that they not only open, close and trouble shoot/repair problems they also provide routine maintenance.
I had used the pool service the previous homeowners had used but I learned from Jason and Bruce that what I was doing wasn't enough. I bought my home 12 years ago but didn't open my pool last year. So in the 10 years that the pool was being serviced I was never told that the filter sand needed to be replaced. I learned today it should be done every 3-5 years. With the previous company I'd ask questions but really never got answers. That changed today! Not one question I asked was dismissed and I wasn't made to feel stupid but rather empowered to understanding the importance of a healthy pool.
I signed up for service every two weeks. I'm disabled and vacuuming the pool is quite the task.
I absolutely and highly recommend this company for your pool needs. Kudos to New Wave Pools for their exemplary staff. Big thank you to Jason and Bruce, my pool is open and the cover wasn't broken just stuck.

This is by far the best pool service in Dane County, WI! We bought a home with a pool and had nothing but problems with it until Joel J[redacted] with New Wave Pools showed up. We had dealt with another well known company and had a very negative/lazy experience with the owner. I called Joel and he came right out. We were swimming within in days and our pool looked like a swamp when he arrived. If you want thing done THE RIGHT WAY, call New Wave Pools.

I was very happy with my service with New Wave Pools! They promptly returned my call, came out to give me an estimate for the work and provided excellent service and quality in making the repairs. In comparison, I had to call a competitor 3 times before I got a return call and then I could not even get the competitor to give me an estimate for the work. New Wave will be getting my business from now on!
