Review: New wave power sports picked up my Honda CH-150 to do a carburetor cleansing on 4Mar2015 to be dropped off upon completed work. The following week (tuesday) they informed me that my bike was ready and they were ready to drop it off. They quoted me 100.00 for the job to be paid when they drop the bike back off. They never showed up. I went to the shop on Friday the 13th and they informed me that my bike won't start and they could not fix it. They told me to come pick my broken bike up and I told them to bring it back just like we agreed to. They have yet to return my bike.Desired Settlement: I want them to bring my Honda Ch-150 back home so I can send it to a shop that can fix what ever they broke on my bike.

Review: I took my sea doo xp into new wave powersports for only an engine install as the rest of the ski was fully assembled in march of 2014. I kept close contact with co-owner [redacted] over the next few months as struggled to find one part to complete the engine and install the engine,he then told me I needed to find the part he didnt have time so I found it and dropped it off in mid june he told me just bring it in when you find it so he can complete the install. a couple weeks go by I call new wave and ask for [redacted] and iam told he no longer is a part of new wave and [redacted] is the new and soul owner .he said he didnt want to continue my project and need to come and get my ski. when I arrived my entire pump assembly and rear drive shaft had been removed, later to find out from [redacted] that someone used my parts from my ski for another customers ski.I was givin only a few parts and was told by both [redacted] and [redacted] that I will recieve the rest at a later time they cant find the rest of the parts that day.so I took my ski to another shop and got a parts list and forwarded it to [redacted] and [redacted] asked for a couple days to come up with them. I have not recieved anything more and now been told by both parties that its the others responsibility. please please helpDesired Settlement: I want my parts that they took and used for another ski and the cost it takes to assemble them back which is $460.00 for parts and $200.00 for the shop labor.
