This place is a scam I took in my son's tablet to have the screen replacedThey did fix the screen, but when I picked it up the screen was not in all the way they guy pushed it back downI paid him for it and he said if anything happens to it there is a day warranty just bring it back and they would fix itI walk out of the store the screen pops back out I push it back in just like he did and it cracks on the endI turned around and took it right back in the boy at the counter told me they can fix it but would charge me $to do soI told him I just walked out and came right back in from having it fixed and they had just told me I had a day warranty on it and he said there is no warranty on the tabletBy this time I am so mad
If your looking to have your tablet or phone fixed by this place in Jonesboro I would say run away don't let them fix anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will take your money and not fix anything

DO NOT go to any of these stores. I repeat, DO NOT! I picked up a tablet as a gift for a friend & "New Wave Wireless" here in Fayetteville, AR was the only place in town that had it.. I had never heard of the company but the man on the phone when I called said he would give it to me for $99 (normally $150), so of course I went. I bought that & a "BLU" smartphone to use as a hotspot & spent about an hour & a half in the store. Both the employee & manager assured me multiple times before I left that if I had any problems/dislikes about my phone I would be able to bring it back for a refund or exchange... WELL, the phone turned out to be HORRIBLE & SLOW! I went by the store a couple of days later to do exactly what I was told would be possible & was expecting a refund considering the phone was still brand new. A young girl was working this time & the manager was not even in the store. When she called him about my issue he stated that I would NOT be able to get my money back & that I could only do an exchange?
Why? I didn't purchase a phone plan... I didn't sign a contract...
In my honest opinion, the manager & employee that night were obviously just doing whatever they had to do to make a sale. That my friends is what I call TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Not to mention they had no decent phones & most of them were strange brands I had never even heard of.

DO NOT GO TO NEW WAVE WIRELESS!
DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT NEW WAVE WIRELESS!
