[redacted] has been a problematic customer, every time he comes to do business with us he tends to want to establish the price himself [redacted] came to my business initially looking to repair a shirt, I replied with $to fix the shirt [redacted] replied with no I'm not paying that I'm only going to pay $"because this was damaged here." It is preposterous that this shirt was damaged here because our system indicates that he has not brought a shirt to Dry clean since December of Mr [redacted] comes months later with what appears to be a worn shirt (judged by a unclean collar) and claims that it was "scorched" hereThe damage that was seen on the shirt was that of a pulled or ripped action of the shirtIf the customer felt that it was damaged here it shouldn't have took months and the customer shouldn't have worn the shirtOur business goes through inspection to ensure that we carry out excellent service
