Review: new way remodeling was contract to build us an enclosure on the second floor the job was contracted on july **-12 , everytime it rains the roof leaks and cause sever water damage to the inside of the enclosure. the sheetshook is molded.nd crack and the light fixture has been remove for fear of electrical shock. I have contacted the company several times they have sent their associate out to patch up the job however the roof is still leaking when it rains and the sheetrock is still molded. the job needs to be redone we paid the contractor 12,700.00 in good faith and we are not satified with the job.Desired Settlement: as per the contract we have a warranty on the roof and the enclourse we would like to have it done properly and if they can not do the job refund me back the sum of 12,700.00

We have been in touch with [redacted] numerous times regarding this complaint. We are scheduled to go to his home tomorrow July *. We have gone in the past to fix the leak of his enclosure and have succeeded in fixing it. After the hurricane this past year his enclosure started leaking again, due to water damage from his roof. We feel that his leaks are coming from his roof and not from our work. As I mentioned before we will go out again and repair the leak. We will let you know the results after we go to the repair the enclosure again.

I paid you in good faith thinking that I would have an encloser that I could enjoy instead this has become a nightmare. lets complete your process so we can all move on.

As I mentioned to [redacted] from the Revdex.com in NYC, New Way Remodeling has resolved the roof problem for [redacted] over the summer. We fixed the roof, painted and sparkled the interior ceiling where he had suffered water damage. We are trying to have this complaint removed from our files. Review: On November ** I hired this company to install a new iron fence and on November **, I hired this company to build a new cement walkway and iron railing. Both products finished and paid for as soon as work was done. I have my receipts.

We dont use the front entrance often so it took about a month or so to notice the front gate does not close correctly. We found out because visitors started complaining that they were hurting their hands on the latch. I called Vincent who I was doing business with and he said someone who come fix it. No one came, I called again and he said his mason was busy but would come. I asked him to come himself to at least see what the problem was and he said they already know what the problem is. This upset me and I asked him why would his workers knowingly leave me with a faulty fence. After all these months of calling. Still no one has come. He keeps telling me they are busy or on vacation and asks me to be patient. Its been almost a year.

Around February, I noticed a large crack in my new walk way. Again since then we have been calling Vincent for someone to come. No one comes and he keeps giving me the same excuse about people are on vacation or busy. He keeps telling us he will handle it and here we are almost a year after work was done and he does nothing. We spent 13000 total.

New way sales department calls us daily for new business. I guess they are unaware we are old dissatisfied customers. Last month they called I answered and even tried to see if they could help on their end. They took my contact info and no one called us back.

I last spoke to Vincent last week telling him I still had a crack, and that a child hurt their hand on my fence and I dont want to be sued. Again he told me to be patient and people were in vacation. All year Im told vacation, or holiday and to be patient.

I want the issues resolved without anymore delay.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to come correct their errors. I would like the quality of the work to match the costs. Im apalled that after he got our money he cant be bothered and no one else in their company has gotten back to me. I dont trust this man, so I want more than an empty promise call from him, I want the work completed and the claim (if you feel I have one) to stay open till it is. I can no longer take his word.

Review: The work done on my house was done in a poorly manner. I hired the company to repave my driveway area and also do work indoors in my kitchen. The quality of work is terrible. Not only was the paving initialing done poorly in certain places, now less than a year and a half later, the cement is already deteriorating. My fence and my neighbors sidewalk was also damaged in the process and they have not offered to fix it. The errors/sloppy work on the part of New Way Remodeling is a disgrace. The company also changed the price of their quote. They had agreed to do work in my kitchen, plus the driveway, for $6000.00. The changed the contract that was supposed to be for both the driveway and kitchen, to only just the driveway work for $6400.00. without notifying me. I am still paying off a loan of $6400.00. I am a senior citizen and I feel that they have taken advantage of me. I received a phone call from them asking if I needed the work done. I did not contact them initially. They pushed me to sign a contract. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I would like to get restitution from New Way Remodeling. They have behaved dishonestly in their pricing, and their work starting to fall apart within a couple of months after completion. When I try and contact them it either says their mailbox is full or it goes to a fax machine. I have not been able to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund of all monies paid or the repairs made of their sloppy work.

On 10-**-11 we signed a contract with [redacted] for $6480 in this contract we were to install concrete for her sidewalk with wires, install granite countertop, install an undermount sink, replace 8 pieces of broken ceramic tiles and to remove debris.
