Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction We are pleased to report that we visited with Ms [redacted] late last week and were able to address all of her concerns Please understand that while we can understand and respect Ms***'s frustrations with this process, we have communicated with her and done everything in our power to make her happy The staircase, which has been her main concern has been completed for some time Ms [redacted] did not like the standard materials that were used in this area We have recognized this fact and ordered a number of different products to try to change the look as per her request Please also understand that her desires here were not relayed to us until after the work was originally completed We did have to wait some time for materials to become available, but once they were, we have been very proactive in getting appointments scheduled and having any work she has requested completed Naturally, we are always here for our customers and we hope that both the Revdex.com and Ms [redacted] know that she can feel free to contact us at any time is she ever needs any help with the flooring we have installed for her

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction We are very sorry to hear that Mrs [redacted] is upset or frustrated in any way Please know that we have been trying to reach this customer since well before this complaint was filed, as well as since this complaint was received by our office For whatever reason, Mror Mrs [redacted] have not returned our calls As for the referral bonus she speaks of, this is something that is given to a customer whom refers a customer to us that places an order These are not monies that Mr& Mrs [redacted] would receive on their own order However, their order does state that they were referred by their "mother" In this case, their "mother" would receive a referral bonusThe only problem is that we do not know exactly who their "mother" is Multiple messages have been left for this customer to clarify They can feel free to call us back at their convenience so that we can sort this out As for a promotional cruise, this was not something that this customer received They did take advantage of other discounts and we typically do not allow customers to combine promos That being said, we are happy to discuss this with our customer once they return our calls We look forward to working with them and to resolving any issues they may have

Please be advised that we have been working with MrH [redacted] to resolve this matter He has claimed that a bed was damaged during the recent installation of his flooring What MrH [redacted] has failed to relay to the Revdex.com is that he failed to notify of our office of these alleged damaged until a week after the work was completed Another interesting fact is our installers take photos of the completed work once they are done The supposed damaged bed is in those photos, and show no sign of damage Please also realize that our specialty is installing flooring We are not professional furniture movers We do offer that service to our customers as a convenience, but we do so with the understanding that we cannot be held liable for matters of this nature MrH [redacted] signed off on two separate documents recognizing this fact With all this being said, we again have been working with him to find a solution to make him happy MrH [redacted] is our customer and we always want to do everything we can to please our customers At this point, we have arranged for the manufacturer of the bed to look at it and assess the needed repairs We have no doubt that this matter will be resolved here very soon

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction Let us begin by apologizing to Mr& Mrs [redacted] for the fact that any sort of repairs or service work were needed to their flooring Please understand that the issue was not a "nail" that was sticking up or anything along those lines Carpet is installed using tack strips that are installed around the perimeter of the installation area The tack strips have small tacks on them that sink into the backing of the carpet and keep it stretched into place, wall to wall It is very rare that anyone would ever be walking around the far edges of their carpeting, along the walls The purpose of these tacks is to stick into the carpeting, which is exactly what was happening at this customer's home That said, we always oblige any request a customer has for service What Mr& Mrs [redacted] are not telling you is that we sent techs out on three separate occasions prior to this complaint being filed Mr& Mrs [redacted] failed on each of those instances to be home for the scheduled appointment A fourth appointment was scheduled for this past Saturday and we were in fact able to adjust the tacks in one area for this customer to satisfy their concerns The service took less than minutes to complete and Mr& Mrs [redacted] have signed off stating they are "completely satisfied" with their flooring We trust that the steps taken to satisfy this customer will suffice in resolving this complaint Please feel free to contact us if we can be of any additional assistance

Express Flooring is a reputable company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction We are very sorry to have received this complaint and we are well aware of Mr& Mrs [redacted] 's concerns Leading up to this complaint, we have tried very hard to work with them to resolve this matter Mr& Mrs [redacted] have actually placed multiple orders with us over the years If nothing else, we feel this speaks to the quality of service we offer In direct response to this complaint, Mr [redacted] 's statements are simply not accurate The carpeting installed is the same carpeting that Mr& Mrs [redacted] picked out We have been to their home to verify this fact We have arranged for an independent third party to review this fact as well and they also confirmed that the carpet is correct We would be happy to visit Mr& Mrs [redacted] 's home with a member from the Revdex.com so that they can see for themselves exactly what carpeting was installed If this can be arranged, we feel it would give a very clear direction on how this complaint should be closed We take offense to accusations this customer is making as they are simply not true We are always here for our customers look forward to working with everyone involved to give this matter some closure

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction We are very surprised to have received this complaint As Mr [redacted] is aware, we have been in contact with him on a number of occasions regarding this matter We have had trouble reaching him however which has prolonged this process Besides the attempts prior to this complaint being filed, we have tried to reach Mr [redacted] twice since the complaint was received As of the writing of this response, he has yet to return our calls Please know Express Flooring stands ready, willing, and able to install the needed transitional piece to this customer's flooring All our customer needs to do is return our call to schedule an appointment Thank you and we look forward to working with our customer to resolve this matter

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction In our industry, from time to time, jobs do take longer than both we and our customers would ideally like The idea is to do them right as opposed to doing them fast We understand this customer is frustrated with the time frame it took to complete the project That said, we always have qualified workers on site during every installation we do Please note, this customer has no issues with the workmanship and as of the writing of this correspondence, Mrs [redacted] has confirmed that their project is 100% complete Again, we understand this customer's frustrations We are very sorry that they are upset in any way and they can feel free to contact us at any time if we can be of any assistance

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction Naturally we enter into ever relationship with a customer with the idea of them being happy and satisfied with our services and the products they purchase The reality of things is that our customers are not flooring experts That is exactly why they hire us to perform work of this nature You can tell the exact same thing to different customers and each one of those customers is going to process and interpret things slight differently For whatever reason, this customer was expecting something different than what they received What this customer is not telling the Revdex.com is that when they reported this issue to our office, we stopped what we were doing and asked them one simple questionThat question was what they needed to resolve the situation and to make them feel comfortable in moving forward They responded to us by asking for new carpet padding, one that was better than the one they had purchased When we asked what type of padding they wanted, they responded by telling us that they didn't know and told us were the experts and to "figure it out" Needless to say, how can a customer accuse us of giving them something other than what they purchased when they couldn't even tell us what they wanted? This being said, we worked through the issue with them We agreed to upgrade their padding at no charge This is an upgrade worth over $to them.We are very sorry that this customer is unhappy in any way We have taken steps to resolve their issues and they are currently in receipt of better and higher quality goods than they purchased and paid for While we feel we have more than compensated them for their issues, resolving complaints of this nature is very important to us Regardless of our feelings as to what is right and/or wrong, the fact remains that this customer felt the need to file this complaint With that in mind, we will process an additional $refund to this customer Between this and the upgrades they have received, they will be getting more than $in compensation on this matter We trust that this will more than suffice in resolving this complaint

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction We are very sorry to hear that this customer is anything less than 100% satisfied with their experience with our company and/or with the products they purchased Please understand that the product MrsWood purchased from us is clearly listed on her order form with us The questions she is asking regarding the product is not a question that she should even need to ask That said, we have relayed this information over to her though she for whatever reason, has refused to accept it Its difficult to answer a question when a customer refuses to accept the answer you give them The names of the products we sell are determined well before a customer ever purchases them In regards to the performance of the carpeting this customer purchased, please know this is the first we have heard of any concerns this customer had MrsWood contacted us back in February asking for the name of the carpet and we have not heard from her since During that conversation, she again never mentioned any concerns she had with the actual product Upon receiving this complaint we have already reached out to MrsWood to schedule a time to address her issues Regretfully, she did not answer the call, nor has she returned our call as of the writing of this response Please rest assured that we will work with out customer through any issues she has We look forward to hearing back from her and have no doubt that we will be able to resolve any issues she has.Thank you for your time and please feel free to contact us if you require any additional information regarding this matter

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction We are very sorry that Mr& Mrs [redacted] felt the need to file this complaint We are well aware that there were some minor issues with their tile installation These were recognized actually by our installation team and we were proactive in trying to remedy the matter Mr& Mrs [redacted] are busy individuals and their schedules have played a roll in the timing of this matter being rectified Please understand that we always want everything done right the first time and there is no excuse for any work that is anything less than perfect That said, installers and people in general do make mistakes from time to time We pride ourselves on our workmanship and warranties and we are very sorry that any repair work, no matter how minor, was needed Please know that we visited with Mr& Mrs [redacted] last week and all issues were corrected A few tiles were replaced and in all the repair work took merely an hour or so We again are very sorry that this customer was frustrated in any way and hope they know that we are here for them should they ever need us in the future

In response to our customer's most recent comments, our intention with our last response to simply display that we are aware of the outstanding issues and that we had been trying to work with Mr [redacted] to resolve them Nothing was exaggerated nor did we intend to communicate anything other than our desire to resolve the matter As our customer knows, the piece of trim that is needed is a custom ordered flexible & stainable molding The goods need to be obtained, stained, finished, and then finally installed We are working to complete this process as quickly as we possibly can and assuming Mr [redacted] is available, we should be able to complete this task within the next week

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction We are very sorry to hear that Mr [redacted] is frustrated in any way and we always want our customers to have nothing but the most enjoyable experience possible This being said, we feel that Mr [redacted] is confused regarding his order To begin, no one at Express Flooring ever told Mr [redacted] he needed to pay us before we completed our work Our work at Mr [redacted] 's home has been completed for well over days Further, Mr [redacted] paid for this order in full with his deposit Therefore he has been paid in full since before the installation even started As for any metal strips that he mentions in this complaint, there are no metal strips on his order We have attached a copy of Mr [redacted] 's order On the left side of this order, just below the halfway point, you will see the section on the order form that covers transitions and metals and you will clearly see that none are listed None are listed, as none are needed Carpet to tile transitions typically do not receive a metal strip The carpet is simply tacked down neatly to the tile edge Further, Mr [redacted] has called in to our office one time since his installation was completed We have returned that call on at least two occasions now We also reached out to him again upon receipt of this complaint As of the writing of this response, Mr [redacted] has failed to return our calls Once we are able to communicate with him, we are sure we can work out a reasonable solution to any issues he may have We urge Mr [redacted] to get back to us at his convenience and we look forward to resolving this matter for him

As Mr [redacted] has explained in his most recent message to us, we have been trying to contact him Mr [redacted] has not made communicating with him very easy A simple conversation would accomplish a lot in our opinion We are unsure as to why Mr [redacted] only returned one of our calls and not the remaining ones that he outlined, but we are sure that if we keep at it, we will be able to catch him at a good time here very soon We offered the $refund simply as an option If Mr [redacted] does not want to accept it, that is perfectly fine with us As we stated previously, the issues at hand are very minor They are not effecting Mr [redacted] use of his flooring in any way and assuming Mr [redacted] cooperates with us, they can be repaired very easily and quickly We will continue to try to reach him to make these arrangements Thank you for your time and attention to this matter

Express Flooring is a reputable and professional company whose utmost goal is always customer satisfaction Please know we are very sorry that our customer is unhappy in way, regardless of the circumstances Please know there are two sides to every story and in this particular case, we feel that MrsL [redacted] requests are not warranted considering the circumstances surrounding the matter We would also like to point out that MrsL [redacted] has intentionally waited to file this complaint until after her repairs were completed By her own admittance, the only reason she filed this complaint was to try to leverage an refund of some kind We have treated this customer fairly and with urgency every step of the way Service/warranty work is common in any trade, and the need for a repair from time to time does not entitle a customer to a refund This being said, we have been in contact with customer and we have been able to reach a mutually agreeable arrangement to resolve this matter We believe that MrsL [redacted] has already notified the Revdex.com of her desire to close this complaint We are very happy to report that both our customer and the Revdex.com can consider this matter resolved at this point in time.Thank you very much and please feel free to contact us if you require any additional assistance

As the customer and home owner, I take offense to the problems being referred to as minor! Upon entry to my home the walls were freshly painted no dents or dings, the baseboards were as new, my furniture was brand newThey neglected to cover my furniture, wrecked my walls and baseboardsI feel disrespected in many waysThey set up an appointment to correct the problems, left me sitting here for the entire day, and if I hadn't called them I would have not received a call backI have never not taken their calls, until the Revdex.com instructed me to not speak with them until the investigation was completeThey have never been so consistent calling me until I contacted the Revdex.com! My home was unprofessional installed, and the repair was even worse they used caulking to fill the gaps, and I was told I'd receive new planks, they came unprepared with not enough planks to finish the jobAt this point I don't trust Express flooring to do the job to a professional standard, as that has been shown in the initial job and the repair jobI given them chances to get it right, to no availNot to mention my walls and baseboards wrre to be repaired a week ago, another no call no show! This seems to be a pattern with Express flooring, from my experience and from the MANY complaints that were posted on Yelp, and their own reviews pageMy faith and trust have been destroyed by this company, and I'm left to fix what they've failed to fixI'm loosing money in this no them! I wish this company had been so concerned before my complaint to the Revdex.com maybe then I'd have trust in themFor them to say minor I'm appalled, and saddened by this statement, and am wondering how they would feel if someone came into their home and disrespected it as they've disrespected my home I have voicemails, documented everything said and done, more pictures, and witnesses to the before and after of the condition of my home and their work

I have never been unresponsive or uncooperative to express flooringThey have been inside my home at least times to make the repairs and neither time were the repairs successfully madeWe paid over $13,cash for this flooring and they did a terrible jobTHEIR STATEMENT IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE

Should our customer view the back of her order form, she will be able to see the guidelines regarding refunds This being said, we again are very sorry if there was an confusion regarding this matter Mrs [redacted] refund was processed this morning and a check will be going out in the mail today for her As we stated in our last response, both our customer and the Revdex.com can be assured that this customer is receiving 100% of her deposit back While we understand that this most recent request from the Revdex.com asks that we make some sort of offer to resolve the matter, please realize that we agreed to refund this customer in full even before this complaint was ever filed We trust that this matter can be considered as closed, and again we are very sorry if this matter frustrated our customer in any way Have a wonderful day and please feel free to contact us if we be of any additional assistance
