I brought a silk throw pillow case in for repair with other drycleaningOne of the seams was ripped and I did ask if it could be repaired and they said yesI picked everything up (wrapped in plastic) and when I got home I noticed only half of the seam was sewed and the other half was still ripped (same seam) I didnt even get the pillow back on thr pillow before I noticedPaid for repair and clean of this itemI went back (not upset I had actually blamed the fabric) wanting to know if anything could be done (or if that fabric was just too fragile) the husband immediately became defensive and said there was no proof of anything that I saidHe said I should have checked the item at pick upI asked if he was calling me a liar (ad I have brought around plus in drycleaning in over last few months and have never complained before) and he said it was all based on what I said with no proofI showed him the sewing and said this is your sewingHe said if I wanted the other half of
