This company submitted a mortgage credit inquiry to Trans Union under my social security numberI tried to get in contact with the company and they did not respondI did not submit any mortgage inquiry with this company or any otherAlso I live in Puerto Rico and have not travelled to the statesThis is a fraudulent inquiry from this companyI already got in touch with Trans Union and they stated that I needed to get a hold of the company so they can send me a letter to remove it from my credit reportI need this company to remove this fraudulent request from their records and send me a document as evidence as soon as possible

Back on January 13th, 2017, my wife and I purchased a houseThe loan officer, Jannette N*** promised to refund me the application fee of $after closingThe seller had given us a credit on the amount of $1,towards house repairsJannette did not only neglected to arrange for us to receive the amount credited by the seller, she sent closing papers to the title agency with a higher down payment amount without telling usWe were of course upset and she promised to refund the application so could close the loanWe waited for months and never receive the check in the mail, so I contacted several timesShe unswered one of the calls and said she would look into it and never got back to meI called her again without any luckMy wife contacted her manager, Bob H***, to explain the situation and see if he could help usUnfortunately, he did not offer any help and promised to call us back, but never did

The company did nothing about this privacy breach Most recently, I never received any paperwork regarding the first payment I had to contact them to find out the amount and where to send itThey didn't tell me until June 30th where my payment was to go to There is no way this business should ever be given an A+ rating It makes me think the whole system is faulty

On 12/13/2016 our borrower paid [redacted] a payment for an application fee of $595.00.  [redacted] was unable to “source” this payment per [redacted] Guidelines.  The borrower’s loan closed on 1/13/2017.  A local Title Company handled the closing of this loan. The Borrower was...

misinformed that they would receive a “check” for $595 after closing, when in fact on the Final Settlement Statement dated 1/12/2017 signed by the borrower, section J, [redacted] gave the borrower a refund/credit of $595 for their un-sourced application fee that we collected on 12/13/2016.  The client still owed this application fee, so we collected it at closing on line A2. The statement shows on Section L5 the Borrower received a seller total credit of $4325.00.  Our file does not include any notice of repairs. On the 12/17/16 Addendum 2 Buyer and Seller negotiated additional monies of $1225 in the Seller concession. The original amount was $3100 plus $1225.00 for a total of $4325. Grade F- FROM ME...ABSOLUTE WORST LOAN COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I WENT WITH THIS LOAN COMPANY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE LOAN AGENT (WENDY WHIGHAM) THAT THEY WOULD ABSOLUTELY BE ABLE TO DO MY LOAN. WE ARE SELF EMPLOYED & SHE REASSURED US NUMEROUS TIMES. THERE WAS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM DAY 1. SHE ASKED FOR ALL OUR ITEMS & WE GAVE HER EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY. TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER WAS DIFFICULT. I BELIEVE SHE MUST WORK FROM HOME OR THIS IS A PART TIME GIG. NONETHELESS, WE WERE REASSURED EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE. WE WERE TOLD UPFRONT THAT THIS WOULD TAKE 30 DAYS. WELL....ON DAY 30, NOTHING! STILL HADNT BEEN UPLOADED TO THE PROCESSOR, NOR HAD AN UNDERWRITER EVER SEEN OUR FILE. DAY 40, WE WERE IN THE SAME SPOT AS DAY 30. I SPOKE TO MANDY REGARDING THIS AND SHE STATED IT IS HER COMPANY, THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO HER!

SO I DECIDED I WAS GOING TO WRITE THE PRESIDENT (Bob Heidrich), VICE PRESIDENT (Gail Atwood) & UNDERWRITER (Gary Huntoon) OF THE COMPANY...NOT ONE OF THEM WROTE ME BACK TO DISCUSS THEM LEAVING MY FILE HIGH & DRY!! HOWEVER, MANDY CALLED ME STATING THEY FORWARDED HER MY COMPLAINT EMAIL, WHICH CLEARLY MEANS THEY GOT MY COMPLAINT & DID NOTHING.

BASICALLY, MY FILE SAT WITH THEM FOR 40 DAYS AND THEN THEY JUST DROPPED IT & NEVER PROCESSED IT...I was never denied, I was highly qualified but yet, the file was complex for them because I am self employed so they decided to just leave it & not contact me after leaving all my eggs in their basket for 40 days!! Terrible Company & even worse customer service. I will be filing a complaint with all states they work in! They should be held liable for lost money!
