THis has been by far the most difficult lending broker I have ever worked with It took over months to get the loan completed They kept having these mysterious requirements that they could never explain The processing department asked for the same documents over and over At one point the broker sent documents with our social security numbers to an unknown email address When I asked him what that email was he was like "I thought it was yours?" The company did nothing about this privacy breach Most recently, I never received any paperwork regarding the first payment I had to contact them to find out the amount and where to send itThey didn't tell me until June 30th where my payment was to go to There is no way this business should ever be given an A+ rating It makes me think the whole system is faulty
