I tried to come to terms with New Wireless.  I was told that all sales are final and I couldn't returned the cell phone to them. I decided to consult a lawyer. I was advised by a lawyer to call the leasing company and explain the situation to them. The leasing company accepted the cell phone back and my contract was cancelled immediately. The leasing company even apologized to me for the incident and they were very understanding. Just for the records I was never offered a free charger by [redacted]. I was always told to use a different head ob the usb cable to charge the phone.  At the end my issue was solved but not by [redacted].
