I switched insurance companys and when I did I was told everything would be taken care of. It was not.I was a customer with Liberty Mutual Insurance, they were habving me pay over [redacted] a month for auto insurance which was out of my price range so I called around looking for quotes. I recieved a quote from [redacted] insurance for just over [redacted] a month so I readily agreed to sign up with them. While on the phone with them I expressed that I needed the policy to start so that I would not have to continue with [redacted] and I was reassured that everything was going to be all set. The next month [redacted] took a payment out of my bank account, becayse [redacted] never cancled my policy, and the money was not in there for them to take so my account went into the negative. I have been trying for months to get [redacted] to get my account back to where it needs to be and even when I called the corporate office I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I was sent [redacted] in visa gifts cards for my trouble which felt like a slap in the face. Not having a bank account is affecting my whole life and I think it is wrong that this company told they were going to take care of everything when all they did was screw everything up!Desired Settlement[redacted] for the over-draft fee and [redacted] payment that [redacted] said they were going to cancel.
