Yellow Cab Worcester took the total cab fare out of both my credit cards. I was recieved service from my home to work and it cost [redacted] I used my credit card and the drive said it messed up so I swiped again and so I did, but now instead of [redacted] gone there is [redacted] gone of my cards. When card was processed it came back with an error message. The cab office was contacted and staff took card information for [redacted] card ending in [redacted] and manually processed card for [redacted] Ms [redacted] called the office about an hour later and explained that the original charge that had the error message had in fact gone through and had the money taken from her account and she was double charged. I looked into the matter and found that this was true. There was some communication issues with the card processing company and this happened a couple of times that day. At 11:11 am I refunded the [redacted] back to the [redacted] ending in [redacted] It usually takes a day or two for refunds to process fully, but she should have received her money by now. If she has not she should contact her bank or card company and ask why. I will be happy to explain to the bank what happened, but since I have already refunded the funds on my end there is nothing else I can do.
