Revdex.com: Today, I received the two Otterbox products, which I had ordered. There was no paperwork or explanation included in the envelope. I can only assume that your assistance in investigating my complaint ID [redacted] made the difference....

Review: I purchased an Otterbox Defender case for Iphone 4s online at [redacted] n 1/**/15 - $12.95 plus $5.99 shipping for total of $18.94. Purchased utilizing my credit card. I received an email confirmation of order number [redacted] and on 1/** I received a second email stating my order has been prepared to ship. I was provided a [redacted] tracking number and the bottom of the email stated: Note- Status will remain as "shipping label created" or "electronic info" until near delivery time. Standard delivery is around 4-10 days and expedited delivery is about 3-7 days for delivery. It also stated that [redacted] has received shipping information from the shipper. After not receiving the shipment, and tracking online still showed "shipping label created" I contacted the company for status at [redacted]. They never responded. Additionally, you can no longer access their website. I also found various SCAM alerts when searching for more information on them. I contacted my credit card company to inquire, and they advised me to wait until 2/* and if still not received then to call back to file complaint. I am unsure of actual address for the company, but a [redacted] search listed possible address of [redacted]please note, I am not sure if this is correct address, so please investigate. It also listed an owner, with a [redacted] Cell number listed as well. On one other search it just showed [redacted] as the location.I have not received the item, payment was made on the credit card, and now there is no way to contact the company. I do still have the email correspondence if there is a way to forward them to your organization.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund, but also as important is to have the matter investigated and hopefully put a stop to the scamming. I would also like to note that some of the SCAM alerts I found mentioned that there were numerous other websites run by the same company with people having the same issues.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Review: I had ordered a refurbished BOSE earphones with order no [redacted] on Jan [redacted], 2015. They created a shipping label and it has been more than 10 business days. The shipping label has not changed and the site is out of order. After this incident I have read that this particular website is a scam. I do not know what to do. I need my money back, I was charged for 55 dollars.Desired Settlement: I want the complete refund of my money.

Review: On Dec **, 2014 I placed an order with this company. On 12/**/14, I received a notice that it was being prepared for shipping. It was indicated that it could take 4-10 days for delivery. They send a tracking number as well. At the indicated shipping time allotment, we had not received the product. I had checked the tracking number and there was no record of it. I emailed and called, still nothing. I finally sent another email to the registrant of the website asking that they forward a message. Still nothing. I started getting concerned so I checked facebook as suggested by my state's attorney general page and found a page of comments by other consumers indicating they were having the same issues. I have checked all of the "seals of approval" on the site and one indicated that they are a member of the Revdex.com. I still have not heard from the company by either email or phone and have not received the product either.Desired Settlement: All I want is the money back that was taken from my account. I have placed a stop on the credit card as one of the comments posted is that the company had placed an automatic monthly withdrawal on their credit card.

Review: On Jan **, 2015 I place an online order at [redacted] for 3 iphone 6 lightning cables. (order # #[redacted]). I paid extra for expedited shipping. on Jan [redacted] (5 days after placing my order), I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, I was given a tracking number, but it did not provide the shipping method, but after googling the tracking number, I believe it to be a [redacted] tracking number, however the only tracking information listed on the [redacted] tracking website is that a shipping label was generated on the [redacted]. Since [redacted] Priority and Priority Express shipping rates automatically include tracking, this means that the order has not yet actually been shipped yet. I have not been able to access the NY Accessories website since receiving the shipping notification (it has a one line message that the site it under construction). Their email notifications contain no contact information for their business and I have not been able to find any online either. I believe that I have been scammed. If I am not able to make contact with the company and have not received my order in the next few days, I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank. I would also like the Revdex.com to look into this matter and determine if this is in fact a fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: If I am not able to make contact with the company and have not received my order in the next few days, I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank. I would also like the Revdex.com to look into this matter and determine if this is in fact a fraudulent company.
If I do not receive my order, I would like a full refund immediately. If I do receive my order, I would still like the additional fee for expedited shipping refunded since my order has in absolutely no way been expedited.

Review: I placed an order with NY Accessories on January **, 2015 and received an email acknowledgement showing order #[redacted]. I paid for this order with my [redacted] debit card. On January **, 2015 the funds were debited to my checking account. On January **, 2015 I received another email stating that my order was shipped via [redacted] with shipping #[redacted]. I tracked my order on January **, 2015 and found that it still stated that shipping label had been created. I checked shipping status again on January **, 2015 and status was still the same. On January **, 2015 when status still had not changed I went to the website and it stated that the site was undergoing system upgrades and to check back in 24-48 hours. It gave the above note email address to contact regarding an existing order. On January **, 2015 at 5:18 pm I sent an email requesting an update on my order. I heard nothing from anyone so emailed again on January **, 2015 at 7:49 am and as of today have heard nothing again. I have never had an issue before and am not sure if I am handling this correctly but do not want it to drag on much longer. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.Thank You,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would really like to have the items I have ordered but wonder if they are quality products for my cell phone so I guess a full refund would be best.

Review: I placed an order through their website for phone cases and paid for expedited shipping. I never received confirmation of my order or a receipt to my email address, however the next day the funds were taking from my account. I've tried calling but continue to get a steady busy signal and suddenly the website seemed to be taken down. I am furious as I entered my credit card number and never received my item!!! I have contacted my bank to have them investigate it and don't want anyone else to be in my shoes.Desired Settlement: If I can't get my item then I would like a full refund of my money and expedited shipping charges that I paid.
Review: I ordered two Otterboxes for my iPhone 5c via [redacted] on Jan. **, 2015. The company billed my credit card the next day for the total amount of $38.39. On Jan. **, 2015, a shipping label was created and a [redacted] Tracking Number was assigned. The product has never shipped. Right after the shipping label was created, the website was taken down supposedly for 24 - 48 hr maintenance. It has never been restored. Customers were asked to send inquiries via email to [redacted] . I have sent two emails and never received a response. According to [redacted], the company is a Scam operation. My computer security package has flagged the website: [redacted] as an untrusted connection, where someone may be trying to impersonate the site.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $38.39; and, to have this business permanently shut down. The people involved with this scam should be prosecuted.
