Took in my car on a Monday for sunroof leaking. Two days and $666 later, was told they found where the leak was and it was fixed. The EXACT leak occurred again within hours of me taking the car back (since it was raining). Brought to the car back next day Thursday with water leakage and they kept it for 2 more days, only to tell me on a Friday afternoon that the car does not leak while in their possession and they can't find anything wrong with it. Not sure.how they can say that while the car was leaking when I brought it back to them. Ended up taking the car to the deale (which I was trying to avoid) and the dealer knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Spent over $1000 at the dealer to finally fix the leak.
Contacted Blue Chip re: the repair cost at the dealer & was given the ran around over a period of a couple of weeks. Finally was offered $150 back "out of the goodness of his heart". Still lost over $500 over nothing. Terrible waste of time & money.
