asked to speak to a manager, he texted me "Goodbye". I again asked for a manager's contact info and he said that I was refusing to work with him directly so he was done working with me. He was very rude about it too. I have the transcript of the text messages still if you would like them.

Review: I bought a vehicle from sunrise Autoland and traded in my old vehicle to them and the old vehicle was sold and I'am still getting tickets for it, Come to find out Sunrise Autoland sold my vehicle to someone and gave this person my old Registration Tag that I took off the window when I handed it in to them to switch all the information over to the new vehicle. The person driving the car now is driving around with fake NJ plate and my old registration in the wind shield, which is taped back on. I have pictures and proof of everything.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay the parking tickets on my old vehicle that is still in my name somehow after I traded in the vehicle to them and take full responsibility for selling that car with all my information attached to it after I took it off the window

Review: I contacted this dealership in search of a used vehicle. They had one we were interested in, and I inquired about financing. I was told to give my information to the sales person, [redacted], and I did so. [redacted] told me he would get me approved but did not want to give me any specific details on the phone. After I pushed a bit, he finally said he would have his finance guy, [redacted], call me. [redacted] eventually called, a day later, after multiple follow up requests from me, and gave me a rate over 20%. I refused and said that I my boyfriend and my mother would be willing to cosign, and that I would like to see if we could get a lower rate with either of them. I provided this information to [redacted] on 10/** at 1pm, and he told me that he would have an answer for me that afternoon. I hadn't heard anything by the following morning, so I contacted both [redacted] and [redacted]. I was told I would then have an answer by 1pm. At that point, [redacted], the sales person started getting extremely rude to me via text messaging. He told me to stop wasting his time, and that if I was going to shop around, then not to bother him, etc. He got increasingly rude, and I still hadn't heard anything from [redacted], after repeated attempts to find out the results of my application. By that evening, my boyfriend, one of the co-signors, called [redacted] and [redacted] to find out what was the result of our application. [redacted] never answered his phone and there was no way to leave a message, and [redacted] answered but still wouldn't give us information, and further lied to my boyfriend about what had previously transpired, saying we needed to respect his time and not continue shopping around. He then said he would have [redacted] call my boyfriend. Three days later, we have still not received a response, so I contacted them both again this morning. [redacted] did not respond at all. [redacted] again was rude and told me if I wanted the car, to come in, and also blatantly lied, saying [redacted] had contacted my boyfriend about our approval already.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership investigated to find out what happened with our financial information and our application. It appears now that the email address that [redacted] asked me to send the financial information to is a personal email and I'm concerned that financial information is being used illegally. I'd also just like the company and other consumers to be aware of the shady business practices and the rude way I have been treated by this company.

Review: I purchased a 2007 Benz with 88108 miles where the dealer warranty for 30 days. I took the car to a Mercedes Benz dealer 4 days after purchased and they found two major problems and a few minor maintenance issues. I took Mercedes Benz report over to Sunrise Autoland and the manager Karl refused to help repair or fix any of the problems that were found by the benz dealer and said "I sold you a used car not a new car" I said let's meet half way, Sunrise Autoland said "we sell cars not customer service" One of the problems was with the factory built in Navigation System which they said was working find before selling me the car. Also they DONOT provide [redacted] reports. So if they won't can't or refuse to help customers after the sell Please BUY from another because Sunrise Autoland in [redacted] DONOT care about the customer after the sell of the vehicle Remember they are "NOT IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS" But they are in business of fraud and untruth. There receipt says No refund after seven days I asked after 5 days I was told No refund! So car buyers find another dealer Run FAST.Desired Settlement: I want at least one of the major problems fixed by SunRise Autoland I want them to honor the 30 day warranty or a Refund of the purchase price which is what there receipt voucher. I just want SunRise Autoland stand behind there words and the LAW. Also to know they are in the Customer Service Business when you selling cars.
