Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I lost 100$ on that booking. When the lady call me to ask me if I was coming and I said no because I booked somewhere else she never said nothing about cancelation policies and even I didn't read it because I was off and excited to go get a massage that I deserve. I never had confirmations. She needs to understand that I m not gonna let go of it. I want my massage or 100$ back on my gift card because it's not fair she has her proofs and I have mines !

As I had explained, there is cancellation and reschedule policy that is...

listed on the website.
[redacted] had booked three appointments online on May [redacted] at 7:29 am, 7:30 am and 7:31 am. We had received the alert through our email alert system. When [redacted] was questioning about the charge, we verified with the Spabooker software office also. They also confirmed the appointment was made on line on May [redacted]. I am sending you copy of the online appointments alert that we received in next email from our appointment alerts email account ([redacted]). She had booked one appointment with Spafinder gift card and other two appointments with her visa card on hold, as required by the online booking system.  No one showed up at the appointment time. We had three therapists appointed at that time for her service. As per the policy, we were supposed to charge her 100% for all the services booked. Only one appointment $115 service was partially charged for $100 on her Spafinder gift card. Other two booked services were not charged. We had explained to [redacted] about this very clearly. When we contacted Spafinder and Spabooker, they also contacted her and explained her. At this point, I do not understand what is not clear to [redacted].
I have tried to explain you about this issue in this email. If you still have any questions, please let me know. I will try my best to clarify this matter to you.
Sincerely,
[redacted] [redacted]

Review: My issue is that I used the spa's website: [redacted] to try to book a treatment using my Spafinder gift card for Friday May [redacted] at 4pm. However, I received three error messages - after each try- when using their website, and never received confirmation that my booking worked. So I was disappointed and found another spa and made an appointment to use my gift card. Then on Friday May [redacted] at 4pm, the lady from the spa NewYork Ayurveda called me to ask why I was late. I said that I hadn't made an appointment because their website didn't work. She said I was in their system and then at 4:43pm, FORTY-THREE minutes after the appointment would have started, I got the confirmation email. At no point did she say the card would be redeemed or why their system didn't send me a confirmation (until after the fact). I had no idea she would consider this a no-show, and think it is completely unfair that she used my card.Desired Settlement: I want my card refound it or a service for the same amount at this place.
