New York Boiler and Air Conditioning Repair

Review: The [redacted] of the company came to my house to estimate the cost of possible repair of my dishwasher for a charge of $90. [redacted], the [redacted] said that he would take a look charge $90 and then apply the money to the repair job. The [redacted] of NY Boiler & Repair came in the house took a look at the dishwasher and said he would call in a few days to give us his final recommendation which was either repair or get a new machine based on estimated costs. He never gave us a call back with prices of the damage parts and labor.This person claims to be licensed and insured. It is not fair for a company to come to a house claiming they understand the situation when they really don't abusing the clients good nature and pocket.Desired Settlement: I want this company to write a technical description of the service provided and a description of the type of repair (including name and cost of parts) my machine needs. If unable to comply with this then I want a refund.
