Review: I was with my nephew on a 6 day holiday and my phone died. I went into this store just to purchase an inexpensive phone for the remainder of our trip. They were cordial and said 90% of their business was luggage and 10% was electronics. I should have taken that as a sign! I was convinced to purchase "last year's model" of an I-phone. I have always had Samsung phones, but I decided to TRUST THEM. I paid $217.75 on 06**15 for this "last year's model" phone. When we returned home, the phone stopped working. So, it worked for a total of three days. I took it to our [redacted] store and they checked the serial number, [redacted] which was available for sale on 09**10!!! They could not reboot or restore the phone. I'm guessing a phone available in 2010 was not "last year's model." I have not been able to contact this shop.Desired Settlement: I was ripped off! I want a full refund!
