Review: This transaction was an unauthorized use of my [redacted] account due to the fact that it was unauthorized by me at the time it was completed: First, they did not provide the complete service, which was to deliver the correct items and hang two curtain rods. The man that delivered the items refused to complete the service which is clearly spelled out on their website ([redacted]) Furthermore, the wrong items were delivered, and after several attemps to contact them for a receipt, I was denyed so I did not have any way to get my money back or an exchange for the proper products. I did everything I could to go about this process in a better way however I paid with [redacted] and disputed, filed claims, - I went through every process available to me and because it was a service/product, [redacted] did not fulfill my requests First, To complete the service and take back what I did not order or take back the complete order or just provide me with a receipt so I could have worked something out with the company I purchased the products from. Second, once I realized that I had exhausted that avenue I was informed to go through the process of filing a dispute investigation claim, which was denied on same grounds: service/product. I was threatened and harassed by the company's boss repeatedly over the phone while simultaneously his employee used a variety of scare tactics (forcing himself into the apartment after I asked him to wait outside, refusing to leave, yelling, etc.) while this was taking place and his employee made me make the transaction while he stood behind me… I was scared and I did not have any other choice because I felt and still do feel as if my safety is at risk. Not just physically and personally, but my identity and financial information is at serious risk. I was being harassed and threatened by two men at the time (the boss made the employee use my phone while I was making the transaction..as they harassed and threatened me until they witnessed the complete [redacted] transactions go through; they spoke in a different language conversing with each other in a language I did not understand until the boss had confirmed the transactions went through. Not only am I scared, worried, and emotionally distressed because they have my address, telephone number, email etc. they now have tangible information that will cost me more than the $442.00. They have my financial and personal identity information. I ordered merchandise that was not delivered including twelve items. Seven of the products were not the items I had purchased. They were completely different and the quality was worth less than what I had purchased. Furthermore, I was denied the receipt for the merchandise so I can not take the merchandise that I paid for back. The threatening and harassment started when I communicated that I was not going to pay for the merchandise until everything was delivered and the proper items were replaced. After all that this company has put me through, all I ask for is a full refund and that this company’s activity be watched carefully. Thank you for your time and consideration regarding this important matter.Desired Settlement: Refund – of the amount paid for products or services if they were not delivered or were unsatisfactory. I am requesting a refund because the products were not what I had purchased, they purchased more items then designated, purchased wrong products which were not of the same quality and the services were beyond unsatisfactory. I was denied a simple receipt in time for me to even try and get what I had paid for or make returns. My main desired outcome is a refund due to the fact that most of the products were not delivered and the ones that were, were unsatisfactory.

At this time, I have not been contacted by New York Cargo Taxi regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted] In addition, all of the following are true in my case against New York Cargo Taxi: Misleading or false advertising, Deceptive sales practices, Failure to deliver correct and complete goods and services, high chance of misuse of personal information (especially regarding the way in which they achieved payment) before delivering the correct goods and services, and their complete ignorance to follow through with oral promises (even after I spoke with the boss and the man who delivered the goods the day after they were delivered ...my phone calls were ignored continually, then blocked when I used a different phone to get through to them) once again, the boss threatened and laughed at me..making it a point to say that if I take this further it would only end bad for me because he had his money and he makes far more than I do...He also thought it was appropriate to threaten to action against me when I was clearly not the one in fault); Failure to follow through with oral or written promises (This statement is an addition to my initial complaint).
