There is no possible chance the jacket was damaged in the manner as shown in the photographs prior to shipping, and also no possibility that type of damage occurred during shipping We've seen this damage before many times; it's from the fringe getting caught in the back of a seat after sitting The fact is that we still offered to remedy the situation with a return and restocking fee per our return policy, but the customer has refused We've communicated endlessly with this customer, and have offered very reasonable solutions The customer is attempting to return an item after having damaged it

This has become absolutely ridiculous New York Casual NEVER honored their return policy whatsoever and they absolutely sent a damaged/defective coat, that's already been proven I've said all I have to say in my previous responses New York Casual obviously doesn't even care enough to read what I've written I told you last time that my credit card company has refunded the fraudulent charge by New York Casual, so there is no need to continue this absurd and pointless conversation with New York Casual Please stop contacting me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I cannot trust what this company says at all.  How do I know that they'll really send me a return label?  THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT ONE!  They never do what they say they will do.  They have completely ignored my emails and phone calls for weeks, that's why I had to resort to contacting the Revdex.com.  I still have not received a return label for this defective item and I never received a replacement either.  I've been waiting almost a MONTH now for a response from them.  That's the whole issue.  I contacted them repeatedly and asked for a return label and a replacement and they NEVER responded at all.  They have zero customer service.  They don't even answer their phone or return emails.  I'm shocked that they even replied to the Revdex.com.  Their claims of a 30 day money back guarantee are completely false.  How have they "genuinely and sincerely tried very hard to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with every purchase"?  By not answering their phone?  By not returning voice mails?  By not responding to emails?  By stealing customers' money and sending defective merchandise?  By not allowing customers to even send defective merchandise back?  By not providing a replacement for the defective merchandise?  By not providing a refund for the defective merchandise?  By not communicating at all with customers?It's pretty simple, I just need them to send me a prepaid return label and refund my money.  I'm still waiting for them to do that.
