Spoke to Jeff to place the order - CRAZILY overpriced - $400 for 100 balloons with imprint but I was in a pinch because my long time balloon company closed it's doors after 40 yrs. Never get a confirmation or email with a picture of imprint but was assured that everything was fine. Morning of event, no balloons. I call furious and am told that the imprinted balloons weren't going to be delivered to them until later in the week. I had to call them to find this out. They sent me 100 plain balloons as an apology later that afternoon, although by then my event had already begun without the vision I'd planned. I was told I'd get an adjustment in price. NOTHING. I called to get an itemized invoice for my accounting department...I get the runaround. Now reading other reviews, I'm pretty sure that I won't be getting that credit.

Review: Hired to deliver a specific product and did not deliver. Was told I would receive a 150.00 credit for the order. As a small Non-profit school, we can not throw away money. [redacted] and [redacted] (supposed [redacted]) assured me a refund would be forthcoming. No response from emails and no refund.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of the amount promised of $150.00 for the inferior product I received.

Review: I placed an order for my job because we were a sponsor of The Center Garden Party Event on June **, 2015. I was asked to look for a vendor that can do balloons for the event. I called the company New York City Balloons after a search on [redacted]. On Thursday, June **, I called the company and spoke to [redacted]. I explained what I needed and he said the company was able to do the work and they will deliver to the address I provided by Monday at 3pm. I proceeded to place the order for two balloon columns in the pride colors through their website and was redirected to [redacted] for a total of $461.66. the order was placed on my boss's credit card. I called on Friday as well to make sure the order was processed and everything was fine. On Monday I emailed [redacted] delivery instructions and called but received no answer. At 3 pm, when the delivery was suppose to arrive there was no sign of [redacted] or the company. From 4-5pm I called the company but there was no answer. The balloons were never delivered and today they still do not answer to calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I want to file a compliant and report this company as fraud. Also, I would like to receive 100% refund for the services since they were never provided.

Review: A 65 foot balloon archway was purchased from this business. The original cost was $787.53. However, we opted to buy pearlized balloons (instead of regular balloons) for an additional $20.00. We paid the total amount of $807.53.

The business failed to deliver the pearlized balloons and instead came unprepared to the event with regular balloons. The event took place on September **, 2014.

The [redacted] ([redacted]) was contacted the day after in order to request a refund of $20.00. He stated that the refund will be processed later in the week and the credit card will be credited. He was contacted 3 days later when no refund was received. The [redacted] states it will be processed the following Monday (September **). Today is September **, 9 days after initial contact, and there is no credit seen on the credit card account used to purchase the product.Desired Settlement: Credit the credit card account on file the $20.00.
